EngineeringI. POSITION SUMMARY The Mechanical Engineer supports the Team Leader/Department Manager in all technical matters within the mechanical discipline and participates in the execution of assigned engineering and construction tasks.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering related to structural or piping/mechanical systems.
- Experience in fabrication, installation, construction, or mechanical design is an advantage.
- Able to use English for work-related communication.
- Proficient in office software and engineering/design software relevant to mechanical engineering or technical management.
- Completed courses in mechanical design, mechanical structures, or related technical training programs.
- Able to comply with work assignments from Team Leader/Department Manager.
- Willing to travel for work domestically and internationally, including offshore work.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when required by project schedule or management.
- Support the Team Leader/Department Manager in handling technical issues within the mechanical discipline.
- Participate in project execution and related technical tasks as assigned.
- Perform mechanical engineering tasks under the department’s scope, including:
- Site surveys
- Resource estimation (manpower, machinery, equipment, consumables)
- Construction planning and development of technical procedures
- Implement and supervise mechanical installation, modification, repair, acceptance, and handover to clients.
- Act as focal point for client communication during project execution.
- Conduct maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery for the Company and clients.
- Prepare, update, manage, and store project-related documents and service package records.
- Support the Team Leader in project management activities:
- Tracking project progress
- Preparing as-built drawings
- Drafting letters, reports
- Liaising with customers
- Review and revise department‑related procedures as assigned.
- Participate in Company training programs to improve technical skills and professional competence.
- Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations during work.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
- Fully comply with all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements and maintain high safety awareness.
- Participate actively in company activities such as Kaizen programs, team building, cultural events, etc.
- Maintain teamwork spirit, cooperation, and positive involvement in company activities.
- Preserve the Company’s reputation and participate in community or social engagement activities as required.
- Provided in accordance with the Company’s policies and regulations.
- Propose effective and cost‑efficient work solutions ensuring quality and meeting client/industry standards.
- Refuse tasks when safety, health, or environmental conditions are not ensured.
- Refuse tasks that violate legal regulations.
- Work at the Mechanical Workshop (CKBD) and participate in projects when assigned.
- Based on the level of completion of assigned tasks and achievement of work objectives.
