EngineeringThe Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and organizing technical activities within projects, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed timelines, budget, and quality expectations. The role connects engineering with overall project execution, providing structure, oversight, and direction across multiple disciplines while maintaining technical consistency.

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering activities across all project phases
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and quality requirements
- Oversee technical deliverables and safeguard consistency across disciplines
- Identify and manage risks related to engineering scope and execution
- Coordinate with engineers, external partners, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Act as a central point of contact for technical matters within the project
- Support decision-making by translating technical input into practical solutions
- Monitor progress, budget, and performance of engineering work
- Report on project status, risks, and key developments
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing and applying lessons learned
- Maintain structured ways of working, including planning, reporting, and change management
- Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience in complex, multidisciplinary project environments
- Proven ability to coordinate engineering activities within projects
- Understanding of engineering standards, processes, and technical documentation
- you have a Netherlands workpermit
- Dutch language skills are preferred
