Senior Piping Materials Engineer
Position Summary:
Responsible for specification, selection, and technical oversight of piping materials on large-scale US based LNG projects. Supports design, procurement, fabrication, and construction while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain piping material specifications and classes
• Select materials for piping systems and ensure compliance with applicable codes (ASME, ASTM, API)
• Review and approve vendor submittals and technical deviations
• Support procurement through material requisitions and bid evaluations
• Interface with engineering and construction teams to ensure material suitability and constructability
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation
• Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related field
• 8 years of piping materials engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of piping codes and material selection
• Experience with specifications, procurement, and construction support
