Job Title: Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Location: Italy

Mission

• Ensure that the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering activities are properly managed and correctly performed
• Be responsible to follow-up, plan, supervise and co-ordinate the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning operation on site

Tasks

• Organize and coordinate the activities of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning team assigned, providing technical and administrative guidance to ensure that aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved
• Provide the discipline check a nd review of documents, calculations, drawings and schedule issued by the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering team assigned
• Perform the commercial evaluation of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Subcontractors activity in comparison with the in-house equipment and personnel cost estimation
• Ensure technical coordination with all other phases of work, including attendance at interface meetings
• Attend meeting with Client regarding critical issues arising from the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities
• Responsible for the planning, mobilization and operation on site of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning equipment and

Requirements:

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy (must have a valid work permit)
• Proven experience in pipeline hydrotesting and precommissioning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients and subcontractors.
