Your responsibilities

Responsibilities & Activities:

• To commission the equipment supplied on projects in an efficient, professional, safe and timely manner
• To provide after sales technical and engineering support to customers
• To service equipment at customer premises
• To maintain proper records and reports of all site service and commissioning activities
• Adhere to the terms of the Sentinel Contract of Service
• Communicate at all levels both internally and externally to achieve the commissioning and after sales support objectives of the company and the reasonable expectation of our customers' requirements.
• Recognise, understand and resolve customer's problems and support them in a professional manner effectively acting as an ambassador for the company
• To carry out other duties which could be reasonably assessed as part of your role.
• To carry out these duties in a manner which always safeguards the health and safety of the individual and that of their colleagues.
• Preparedness to travel both within the UK and abroad
