About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable process engineering professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered technical systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to process engineering, operational efficiency, workflow optimization, technical documentation, and practical aspects of industrial processes
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic process engineering scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. process engineer, client, project manager, operations leader)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated engineering content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true process engineering reasoning, authentic operational insights, and practical optimization procedures. Rather than conducting traditional engineering work, you'll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about process engineering at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level process engineering consultant with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing process optimization projects and technical documentation
• Skilled at evaluating workflows, technical requirements, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8-20 hours per week, with prompt availability
