About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Civil / Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting a diverse portfolio of onshore and offshore energy projects, including both traditional developments and low carbon / energy transition initiatives.
This role is suited to an engineer who combines strong geotechnical expertise with broader civil engineering capability. The position is not purely specialist; instead, it requires a well-rounded professional able to contribute across foundations, earthworks, and civil structural elements such as retaining structures and pile design.
You will play a key role in delivering engineering solutions across feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design and EPC/EPCM phases, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and supporting both project execution and technical development.

About You

    • Design calculations
    • Technical reports and deliverables
    • Engineering studies and assessments
  • Support multidisciplinary project delivery, coordinating with:
    • Structural engineers
    • Process and mechanical teams
    • External consultants and contractors
  • Contribute to project planning, including:
    • Identifying technical risks and constraints
    • Supporting cost and schedule considerations
    • Proposing practical and efficient solutions
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers where required
  • Support procurement and contractor management, including:
    • Preparation of scopes of work
    • Technical bid evaluations
    • Review of contractor deliverables
  • Participate in:
    • Design reviews
