About the role

Job Summary

Oversee the complete order lifecycle from entry to final delivery, ensuring timely shipments, accurate documentation, and full compliance with Saudi import and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management:
• Handle customer orders from receipt to final delivery
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, Incoterms, specs, and lead times
• Track orders, resolve delays, and handle changes or exceptions
• Logistics & Shipping:
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, COO, HS codes, AWB/BL)
• Track shipments and support inbound/outbound logistics
• Saudi Compliance (Core Focus):
• Ensure full adherence to Saudi import regulations
• Coordinate SABER/SASO, PCoC/SCoC, CB reports & IECEE certificates
• Coordinate technical files with Engineering, Quality & suppliers
• Maintain organized compliance documentation
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, Projects, factories & suppliers
• Reporting & Improvement:
• Prepare order/delivery reports
• Drive process improvements to reduce delays & documentation issues

Qualifications / Requirements

• University degree.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with project planning tools.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
