Duration: 24 months

As Electrical Commissioning Coordinator (M/F), you will play a key role in supporting the commissioning team in ensuring the readiness and quality of project documentation, precommissioning and commissioning electrical activities. This VIE is an excellent opportunity for an assignee to gain hands-on experience in the LNG industry, working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and challenging environment.

About the tasks :

Coordinating Precommissioning Activities:

• Preparing and following up of the approval of the Commissioning procedures related to the assigned worksite(-s).
• Preparing all the associated documentation for Precommissioning electrical activities and follow up in the completion database.
• Ensuring that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and report any deviation to the Electrical Commissioning Senior Superintendent.

Coordinating Commissioning Electrical Activities:

• Coordinating the Commissioning electrical activities related to the assigned worksite(-s).
• Ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with Safety, Health and Environment policy of the project.
• Preparing all the associated documentation for Commissioning activities and follow up in the completion data base.
• Ensuring that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and report any deviation to the Electrical Commissioning Senior Superintendent.
• Maintaining a comprehensive log of activities and report progress to the Electrical Commissioning Senior Superintendent.
• Liaising with the Subcontractor for the execution of the commissioning electrical activities.
• Ensuring commissioning activities performed by subcontractor are as per established procedures and good industry practices within the required quality level.
• Coordinating the activities with Construction Supervisors, Subcontractor and third party.
• Coordinating the completion of punch list clearance with Construction and Subcontractor in areas under his/her control

As NFS project and organizational needs evolve, an assignee may be requested to undertake additional tasks beyond the scope of these descriptions.

About the profile:

• He/She has a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, having a post-graduation is also desirable;
• He/She speaks and writes in English fluently;
• He/She is result driven, delivering at the best of his/capabilities despite tight deadlines;
• He/She Has a good team-spirit;
• He/She has a high level of attention to detail in data. Being able to identify and report issues within the data is also necessary. Experience / knowledge of PowerBI would be a major plus.
