About this vacancy

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting technical feasibility studies, evaluating the manufacturability of parts in relation to design constraints, available technologies, and machine tool capabilities.
• Estimating machine times and setup times using standard methodologies such as MTM to ensure accuracy in planning and costs.
• Using CATIA V5 to analyze 3D models, identify critical passages, and propose production-oriented optimizations (DfM).
• Defining the complete work cycle, including processing sequences, overturns, fixtures, tool selection, cutting parameters, and continuous improvement solutions.
• Coordinating the subsequent stages of the production process, such as painting and surface or thermal treatments, ensuring consistency and fluidity in the operational flow.

What we expect from you

• Knowledge of CAD software, preferably CATIA V5
• Experience in mechanical design and solid knowledge of mechanical processing
• Excellent relational skills and ability to interface with design, production, and quality
• Proficiency in Italian (C1) and English
