Position Title: Regional Information Security Manager

Industry- Oil and gas experience preferred.
Qualification- Bachelor / master's degree with appropriate specialisation qualifications
Role
The Regional Information Security manager provides in-country leadership of Cyber Security teams, and forms part of the Digital Solutions Centre leadership team. 
This role also sits on the Cyber Lead Team, who are working to create a consistent cyber culture across the global cyber team and drive the strategic uplift of cyber capability.

Technical Skills / Experience:
•            Digital and Technical Acumen:
Cyber Défense and Security Operations
Cybersecurity standards
Cybersecurity risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
Understanding digital technologies
Data governance policies.
Budgeting and cost management.
 Core skillsets required: 
•            Excellent communication and English language skills.
•            Excellent organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage resources in a dynamic environment.
•            Demonstrated ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•            Proven experience in building a new cyber organization from the ground up, with the ability to inspire and guide people through change and transformation. 
•            Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture a high-performance culture
•            Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-discipline teams, balancing the competing needs for autonomy, mastery, and purpose.  
•            A track record of developing and maintaining strong cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships both in-country and across international locations.
