Onshore Fabric Maintenance Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Fabric Maintenance Coordinator with a strong background in coatings, insulation, and fireproofing inspection within oil and gas environments. 

Role Summary

The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the execution of fabric maintenance activities onshore, in compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onshore fabric maintenance activities across multiple locations
• Ensure all coatings, insulation, and passive fire protection (PFP) inspections and maintenance work meet quality and safety standards
• Coordinate teams of personnel, including offshore staff, to execute maintenance works efficiently
• Monitor risk-based maintenance plans and ensure adherence to schedules and operational requirements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational priorities
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspection reports
• Support reporting and documentation in SAP or other management systems

Candidate Requirements

• Engineering National Certificate or Diploma, or equivalent relevant qualification
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a coatings inspector, surveyor, or coordinator in oil and gas
• Proven experience in large-scale fabric maintenance projects involving offshore personnel
• Certifications in Coating, Insulation, or PFP inspection (e.g., NACE Level 2 or equivalent)
• Offshore safety certifications such as TBOSIET / BOSIET-UK / FOET and H2S awareness
• Fitness for Work (offshore) certificate
• Familiarity with risk-based maintenance planning and execution
• Experience using SAP or other maintenance management systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
