- Execution of FAT, including assembly, wiring and commissioning
- installation and SAT at the customer site if needed
- Clearly understand service contract scope
- Identify specific technical issues in close cooperation with Afag sales team and customers
- Search technical solution and resolve issues, If needed involvement of technical experts from Europe
- Work independently for service work of Afag products
- Customer quality issue claim and follow up to close
- Provide training on Afag products to customer's staff
- Issue customer feedback reports, service reports
- Keep good relationship with customer
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Basic knowledge in automation (PLC / NC / Vision/ Sensor configuration and parameter changes)
- Excellent commissioning skills
- Good in English and fluent in Mandarin
- Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China
- Autonomous and problem-solving mentality
- Work carefully and meticulously, meticulous and responsible
- Be familiar with the corporate culture of European and/or U.S. company
- Working experience in automation industry is an advantage
- Bachelor Degree
