This Position reports to:
Service Team Leader

In this role a t ABB Robotics, we develop solutions that shape the future of automation. Due to the dynamic growth of our organization, we are looking for a person who wants to work with cutting edge technologies, continuously develop their skills, and make a real impact on the advancement of modern industry.

We are seeking a Service Engineer who will be responsible for servicing ABB robots at our customers' sites.

The work model for the role is: remote

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Performing service tasks related to ABB robotics products and systems.
  • Providing technical and service support to Customers.
  • Carrying out repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Preparing service quotations and recommending optimal technical solutions.
  • Actively contributing to the improvement of service offerings and products.
  • Providing technical support to service sales teams.
  • Delivering the highest level of customer support using advanced technologies and smart remote tools - including remote diagnostics systems and digital service applications.

Qualifications for the role:
  • University degree in engineering - preferred fields: robotics, automation, or mechanics.
  • Professional experience in a similar position or in Maintenance/Production Support departments.
  • Knowledge of ABB robots will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with Customers.
  • Good command of English allowing effective work in an international environment.
  • Independence, responsibility, and strong task ‑ completion discipline.
  • Ability to work in a team, good work organization, and a results ‑ oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Category B driving license.
  • Flexibility and the ability to operate within the structure of a global organization.
