Your role and responsibilities

This position occupies a key role in the manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversees the processes in maintaining and preserving efficiency of all equipment, production lines and/or facilities, resulting in optimization of technical and financial resources.

The work model for the role is onsite.

This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area Distribution Solutions Division.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Working together with the maintenance and process development team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities and s olving major technical, equipment challenges in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines
• Reacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions or other problems to minimize disruption to production
• Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency
• Consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety by i mplementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives

Qualifications for the role

• Technical bachelor's or master's degree (Automation will be considered as an advantage)
• Experience within a manufacturing environment, working with Lean principles
• Good computer literacy of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Skills to work with ERP systems, (SAP) is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
