You will support the commissioning team through go-live and then take ownership of day-to-day electrical operations, maintenance, and incident response.What You Will DoCritical Electrical SystemsOwn the operation and maintenance of HT switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, DC battery systems, PDUs, HT generators, and automatic transfer switchesPerform and supervise hands-on troubleshooting of electrical faults and critical system failuresSupport witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems ahead of go-liveChange and Procedure ManagementExecute and review Method of Procedures (MOPs) for all electrical workApply LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols consistently and enforce compliance across vendors and contractorsContribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and EOPs for electrical systemsIncident and Risk ManagementLead root cause analysis for electrical incidentsEscalate and document incidents within required timeframesIdentify electrical safety hazards and implement corrective actionsMaintenance and Asset ManagementPlan and execute preventive maintenance programmes for all electrical assetsTrack asset condition and recommend timely upgrades or replacementsCompliance and DocumentationMaintain accurate electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and maintenance recordsEnsure all electrical systems meet regulatory and certification requirements in TaiwanVendor ManagementSupervise and qualify electrical contractors and vendors working on siteEnsure all third-party work meets critical environment standardsOn-Call RequirementsAvailable 24x7 for after-hours, public holiday, and emergency supportWhat You NeedDegree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with critical electrical systems in data centres, industrial facilities, or mission-critical environmentsStrong working knowledge of HT systems, UPS, generators, PDUs, and transfer switchesExperience in commissioning, testing, and defect management of electrical systemsFamiliarity with LOTO, change control, and SOP/MOP developmentData centre certifications such as CDCE or equivalent are an advantage
