Ihre Aufgaben
- Optimierung und Betreuung photolithographischer Prozesse für optische Beschichtungen
- Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Experimenten zur Prozessverbesserung
- Analyse und Lösung von Prozessabweichungen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
- Dokumentation, Schulung und Überführung neuer Prozesse in die Produktion
- Koordination von Projekten und Unterstützung bei technischen Kalkulationen
- 2nd-Level-Support im Bereich photolithographische Strukturierung
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Hochschulstudium im natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Photolithographie und Prozessentwicklung wünschenswert
- Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären und standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
