Rattaché(e) au responsable « Gestion des projets NPD (Développements de Nouveaux Produits) au sein du département Ingénierie, vous êtes responsable de la gestion d'un ou plusieurs projets de développement. A ce titre, vous êtes en charge de coordonner les activités d'ingénierie afin de délivrer un produit conforme aux cahiers des charges du Marketing dans le respect du budget et du planning établis.

Pour ce faire, vous :

• Pilotez les études mécaniques et électriques
• Organisez les revues techniques en lien avec les autres équipes (Méthodes, Achats, Qualité...),
• Etes garant des délivrables « Ingénierie » pour chaque étape du process de développement
• Définissez et suivez le plan de qualification du produit avec l'aide du « Platform Leader »
• Etes garant de la bonne tenue des budgets et du respect des plannings de développement
• Participez activement aux Commissions Produits
• Coordonnez le développement avec les autres entités du groupe notamment US et Chine

Vous travaillez en relation étroite avec les Bureaux d'Etudes mécanique, électrique et électronique, le Laboratoire d'essais, le Marketing, les Achats et les Méthodes.

De formation type ingénieur, vous disposez d'une large expérience en conception et industrialisation, dans le domaine de la mécanique et/ou de l'électricité-électrotechnique.

Vous avez un goût marqué pour la gestion de projets et avez un bon esprit de synthèse.

Structuré et proactif, vous faites preuve de réelles qualités d'animation et de communication.

Du fait de très nombreux échanges quotidiens en anglais, vous devez être très à l'aise à l'écrit et à l'oral.
