Coordinate engineering activity across MSO programmes, ensuring timely, on-scope delivery. Own product structure, engineering records, test planning and supplier delivery while supporting cross-functional stakeholders with clear, actionable information.
What You'll Do
- Plan, track and report engineering deliverables, milestones and programme risks.
- Lead Engineering Release activities and maintain MSO-responsible BoMs
- Create, coordinate and manage engineering test plans (DVP) and capture results.
- Record concerns, drive root cause analysis and manage resolution of issues raised during build or in the field.
- Work with the supply chain to secure on time delivery of components and technical data.
- Maintain design guides, technical specifications and test specifications; support DFMEA and related activities.
- Provide technical input to support Design Engineers.
- Chair engineering meetings, produce clear action focused minutes and ensure decisions are implemented.
- Support Product Data Management processes and ensure accurate BOMs and engineering records.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or related engineering discipline.
- Experience in motorsport or OEM vehicle programmes, ideally low volume/high performance.
- Understanding of engineering release processes, configuration management and BOM control.
- Experience with DVPs, DFMEAs and engineering test plans an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of CAD deliverables and ability to review/check models and drawings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
