In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • You will install, upgrade, and maintain NI/Emerson Optimal Plus systems across customer production environments, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
  • You will perform system and network integration activities between NI/Emerson Optimal Plus platforms and customer infrastructure.
  • You will provide ongoing IT administration and maintenance support for hardware, operating systems, and databases, including troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • You will partner closely with Application Engineers and cross‑functional teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently and responsively.
  • You will support mission‑critical operations for gold‑level customers, including new production site rollouts, while ensuring minimal disruption and high customer satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • A degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting system, network, or infrastructure issues in a production or customer‑facing environment.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience supporting or working within semiconductor testing or manufacturing environments.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with Windows system administration, networking, security concepts, and database administration (such as SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and customer system integrations.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required to support customer needs.
