Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Engineer to join a high-profile construction environment delivering complex, large-scale developments. This role offers a blend of design, coordination, and site involvement, ideal for professionals who enjoy seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using BIM tools to ensure full coordination across disciplines
• Collaborate closely with structural and MEP teams to maintain design alignment and technical integrity
• Monitor site activities to ensure construction is delivered in line with approved drawings and high-quality standards
• Identify and resolve design clashes prior to construction using coordination tools and methodologies
• Ensure all designs and materials comply with local construction standards and fire and life safety regulations
• Review material submissions and coordinate approvals with relevant stakeholders and authorities
• Support project teams in maintaining design consistency and resolving technical queries throughout the project lifecycle

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
• Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools is advantageous
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience within construction or engineering projects
• Experience working on large-scale developments such as high-rise buildings or major infrastructure projects is preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
