    : Remote
  • Commitment
    : 10-40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design Challenging Problems
    - Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and control systems to stress-test AI capabilities
  • Author Gold-Standard Solutions
    - Write rigorous, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
  • Audit AI Outputs
    - Evaluate AI-generated responses including code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (e.g., IEEE, NEC)
  • Refine AI Reasoning
    - Identify logical errors and gaps in AI-generated engineering reasoning, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
  • Work Independently
    - Manage your own workload asynchronously on a schedule that works for you

Who You Are

  • Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, embedded systems, or similar
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of precision when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE, Simulink)
  • Background in standards compliance or technical documentation

Why Join Us

  • Work on meaningful projects at the frontier of AI research with leading labs
  • Fully remote and flexible - work on your schedule, from anywhere
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
  • Gain firsthand exposure to how advanced large language models are built and trained
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
