EngineeringWe are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to deliver the Housing Commissioning Specialist role in the Housing Strategy & Commissioning Team, who work to increase the supply of, and access to, social, affordable, specialist and supported accommodation.
The postholder will work across a range of delivery models and partners to meet housing need across a broad spectrum of client groups.
The role provides an opportunity to play a key role in delivering housing solutions that support independence, wellbeing and better outcomes for residents, using robust data and evidence to inform decision-making, shape investment priorities and ensure solutions are targeted to local needs.
Interviews are expected to take place on w/c 4th May and w/c 11th May 2026, exact dates will be confirmed

- The salary range £48,226 to £51,356
- Qualifications required for the job - Post graduate qualification or equivalent in terms of relevant combination of qualification(S) and or experience
- Working location or job base - Home based with 1 day per week min SW1 and other office days as required to meet business need
- The pattern of working, type of contract and hours* - Full time 37hrs pw, job share will be considered. Fixed term contract for 2 years, secondments can also be considered for internal applicants
