Position: Home Office Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Engineer

🎯 Main Responsibilities

• Preparation and planning of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning (PC&C) activities during FEED and EPC phases
• Coordination with engineering disciplines to ensure PC&C requirements are fully integrated into design
• Drafting and updating procedures, method statements and technical studies
• Definition of commissioning sequences, system lists, and Completion & Handover strategy
• Preparation of technical studies and estimates for key commissioning activities, including:
  • Steam blowing
  • Chemical cleaning
  • Cooling water commissioning
  • Fuel gas introduction
  • Refractory dry-out
• Participation in multidisciplinary reviews (P&ID, HAZOP, 3D model reviews)
• Support to planning, procurement and commissioning subcontracting activities
• Liaison with client representatives, suppliers and subcontractors
• Identification of lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities

🧠 Profile Requirements

• Engineering Master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning
• Strong Process Engineering background
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas Onshore and/or Offshore projects
• Preliminary site experience with good understanding of construction, brownfield constraints and risks

• MS Office, PDF / Bluebeam
• PFD, P&ID and 3D model review tools
• Completion tools (ICAPS, EasyPlant or similar) – nice to have
• Process simulation tools (HYSYS, Flarenet, etc.) – nice to have
