• Plan and execute interior fit-out projects from start to completion
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and work programs
• Ensure work is delivered as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Handle technical queries (RFIs) and approvals
• Ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage daily site activities and progress
• Ensure smooth coordination between civil and MEP works

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works:
• Civil works, partitions, flooring, painting, false ceiling, joinery
• Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and quality standards
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
• Managing project execution + post-handover maintenance
• Ensuring smooth transition from construction to facility operations
• Coordinating between project team and FM team
• Handling defects liability period (DLP) and maintenance issues
• Plan and execute fit-out projects from start to finish
• Scheduling, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Cost estimation, budget tracking, and controlling project expenses
• Plan and manage daily facility operations and maintenance projects
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and AMC contracts
• Budgeting and resource optimization
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team coordination
