In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team of top-tier engineers, pushing the boundaries of motion control accuracy, cost-of-goods, thermal stability, dynamic behavior, and mechanical robustness. You will have the freedom to innovate, and the opportunity to influence products that shape the semiconductor industry worldwide.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing ultra-precise mechanical modules and systems for next-gen semiconductor manufacturing tools.
- Translating demanding requirements into solid concepts, detailed designs, and validated solutions.
- Creating and reviewing critical modules focused on accuracy, stiffness, mass, and cost performance.
- Running high-level analyses-FEM, thermal modeling, vibration, dynamics, and more.
- Collaborating with mechatronics, electronics, optics, and manufacturing engineering to ensure flawless system integration.
- Driving improvements in design methods, processes, and product performance.
- Ensuring designs are manufacturable, efficient, and compliant with industry standards. Ensure your designs remain manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with industry standards.
Who You Are
You're a hands-on engineer who loves solving tough problems, exploring new ideas, and building hardware that performs at the highest level. You combine deep technical insight with a practical mindset-and you enjoy working with other bright minds.
You bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the semiconductor, high-precision, robotics, or mechatronics domain.
- Proven experience with 3D CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, Creo) and simulation software.
- Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in precision engineering principles.
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- A structured, quality-driven approach to engineering challenges.
