Jasara PMC is seeking a highly skilled Testing & Commissioning Manager to lead and manage the testing and commissioning phases of major sports facility projects. This role is critical to ensuring that all facility systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest standards of quality and performance, supporting Jasara PMC's commitment to excellence in sports infrastructure development.

This initiative will create a state-of-the-art, refurbished and upgraded complex designed to provide high-quality accommodation and amenities for sport and leisure-aligned with the project's primary objectives. The project team will apply proven project management and construction-supervision expertise to ensure on-time delivery, strict cost control, and adherence to the highest quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans for sport facilities, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, security, and other related systems.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities to verify system functionality and compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage all commissioning processes to ensure seamless handover of facilities to stakeholders.
• Liaise closely with engineering, construction, and client teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports outlining testing results, commissioning status, and any non-conformance issues.
• Identify potential risks during commissioning and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor the testing and commissioning team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing and commissioning related communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of large-scale sports facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex commissioning activities and teams.
• Strong knowledge of sports facility systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance in commissioning processes.
• Relevant certifications in project management or commissioning are advantageous.
