Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering strategy, design, and optimization for upstream and midstream oil facilities.
• Oversee development and approval of process deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, simulations, calculations).
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Provide technical authority on process design, safety, and operational performance.
• Support project execution across FEED, detailed engineering, construction, and commissioning.
• Drive process optimization, debottlenecking, and efficiency improvements.
• Interface with operations, HSE, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues.
• Mentor process engineers and maintain technical excellence within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Extensive experience in upstream and midstream oil and gas projects.
• Strong expertise in process simulation, design standards, and hydrocarbon processing systems.
• Proven leadership and technical authority in large-scale projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
