Responsibilities

• Independent organization of R&D projects (standard products as well as customer projects)
• Support of „Custom Program Managers"
• Follow defined Kontron development process
• Coordination of distributed and international project teams
• Setup of project plans (MS-Project), Meeting minutes and Gate-checklists,
• Manage Risk-Management and Lessons-Learned sub processes and related tasks
• Supervise/Monitor schedules and budget
• Reporting to Engineering Management team, escalation in case of resource, budget and/or schedule deviations/issues
• Check of completeness of all development results against requirements
• Organize project closure, transfer project results (finalized product) into (mass) production
• Take care of transparency between the participating departments and persons

Qualifications

• Engineer or technician with project management experience and organization skills
• Experience in product development
• Independent and structured way of working
• Fluent English and German in speaking and writing
• Working with MS Office is expected
• SAP Experience (optional)
