Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: On Site.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Develop Class I, II, and III electrical drawings.
• Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs).
• Support selection and validation of electrical components and equipment.
• Assist in addressing customer questions and technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production, purchasing, and testing teams.
• Provide support in knowledge sharing and onboarding of new engineers.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Active student in the last 3 semesters of Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering careers.
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday).
• Basic knowledge of EPLAN Electric, Creo, or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, effective communication, and quick learning ability.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
