About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to build the nervous system for our autonomous ground vehicles. You will be at the heart of our engineering team, designing and integrating the electrical systems that allow our robots to perform critical missions in the world's toughest environments.

This is a hands-on role where you will see your designs move from the drawing board to the field, making a direct impact on the capabilities we deliver. We're looking for a creative problem-solver who is passionate about building robust, field-ready technology. We believe in potential and welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow with us, even if you don't meet every single requirement.

What You'll Build
  • The complete electrical architecture for rugged, high-performance autonomous systems, from power distribution to control electronics.
  • Seamless integrations for advanced payloads like manipulators, state-of-the-art sensors, and critical communication systems.
  • Robust wiring harnesses and schematics using modern E-CAD tools (we value EPLAN skills).
  • Systems engineered to perform reliably under extreme shock, vibration, dust, and water intrusion.
  • Rapid prototypes that you will test, validate, and debug firsthand in both lab and field environments.
  • A direct contribution to mission-critical capabilities that support security and defense personnel.

What You Bring
  • A strong background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field, complemented by 5+ years of relevant experience in robotics or complex system design.
  • Deep expertise in power electronics, sensor/actuator integration, and communication interfaces (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
  • Proven ability to design for harsh environments, considering factors like vibration, EMI/EMC, and thermal management.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, with a strong preference for EPLAN experience.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems from component to system level.
  • A collaborative spirit and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary team.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • A shaping role in an emerging dual use company
  • Opportunity to work with a highly innovative, international, and dynamic team
  • Room for professional growth and development
