We are hiring an experienced COMMISSIONING MANAGER forour reputed Company in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end testing & commissioning of Solar PV plants (utility-scale preferred)
• Oversee grid synchronization activities in coordination with utility authorities
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct performance testing, validation, and acceptance procedures
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and O&M teams for seamless execution
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, reports, and documentation
• Manage commissioning schedules, resources, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality standards

Required Skills & Expertise:
• Strong experience in Solar PV commissioning projects (utility-scale preferred)
• Proficiency in ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, and SCADA systems
• In-depth understanding of grid compliance, protection systems & power system studies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to handle multi-disciplinary coordination in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on Solar PV / Power projects
• GCC / Middle East experience will be an advantage
