Your tasks at AKG

• Technical product development and optimization of cooling systems, particularly in the wind power and rail vehicle sectors.
• Management of interdisciplinary projects (e.g., design, project procurement, quality management, and assembly)
• End-to-end project management from quotation preparation through to series production launch, including:
  • Technical calculation and design of heat exchangers and cooling systems
  • Commercial calculation and optimization of customer-specific solutions
  • Quotation preparation
  • Internal order coordination and serving as the point of contact for customers and suppliers

What we require from you

• Degree (Master's, Bachelor's) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of fluid and thermal engineering, hydraulics, fans, and steel construction is a plus
• Practical experience in the design of systems in the above-mentioned fields and components is a plus
• Project management experience
• Consulting and persuasion skills, as well as organizational skills and cross-functional communication abilities
• A solution-oriented, structured, and dedicated approach to work, as well as the ability to communicate in both German and English
