Your Role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role within the Engineering Project Management Office, supporting the delivery of engineering projects across their full lifecycle-from early engagement through to production and sustaining activities.
You will:
- Support delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Apply project management methods, governance, and tools to meet contractual and customer requirements
- Manage stakeholders across engineering and non-engineering functions
- Monitor progress, analyse data, and prioritise actions based on business needs
- Support change management and evolving product requirements
- Contribute to contract, funding, and commercial discussions
- Assist in transitioning product development into manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with aircraft certification requirements
- Conduct peer reviews of technical data, reports, and analysis
You may also be required to travel within the UK and internationally (~10%).

What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electronic, Materials, or similar)
- Experience in product development, R&D, or production engineering
- Experience with project management methods and tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to analyse data and prioritise effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
Desirable:
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Professional registration (IEng/working towards CEng)
- Experience with engineering design tools (e.g. Catia, Nastran)
- Knowledge of aerospace certification and compliance requirements
