The future of Nedschroef Helmond lies in complex products. To support this ambition, we are looking for an OFP Engineer - Complex Products. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing, developing, and preparing processes for both current and future complex products. Using Lean methodology, we focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.

Your role in our mission
The future of Nedschroef Helmond lies in complex products. To support this ambition, we are looking for an OFP Engineer - Complex Products. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing, developing, and preparing processes for both current and future complex products. Using Lean methodology, we focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People.
- Study and gain in-depth knowledge of existing processes and machines within the F2/F3 and Secondary Processing departments
- Optimize current production processes (continuous improvement and cost reduction)
- Work with quality tools such as PFMEA and Control Plans
- Transfer new products and processes from NPI into serial production
- Participate in the operational team with a strong technical focus (KPIs)
- Contribute to improvement and investment projects with clear visibility on the shop floor
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and developments in tooling, coating, etc.
- Act as a knowledge holder and ensure knowledge retention by using available systems
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level
- Knowledge of technical drawings (GD&T - geometrical, form and position tolerances) within the automotive sector
- Experience with MS Office, Minitab, PLC, and CNC is a strong advantage
- Team player
- Ability to build arguments based on data and facts
- Quality-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Curious and eager to learn
