FPSO Delivery Lead  Act as the Client’s FPSO Delivery Lead, accountable for the end‑to‑end execution of FPSO delivery under FEED and EPCI contracts. The role ensures that engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities are delivered safely, to schedule, and in full compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements. The FPSO Delivery Lead provides strategic and operational leadership to contractors and internal stakeholders, manages complex interfaces, and drives overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FPSO delivery across all project phases, including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, offshore installation, commissioning, and handover
• Act as the primary single-point interface between the client and FPSO contractors, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• Drive contractor performance through clear leadership, governance, and effective oversight of engineering execution, critical equipment delivery, and fabrication yard activities
• Lead, develop, and manage the FPSO project and engineering teams, ensuring clear accountability and strong technical direction
• Champion HSEQ excellence, acting as a visible safety leader and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Manage interfaces with SURF, WHP, marine operations, and other project workstreams to ensure seamless integration and schedule alignment
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, opportunities, changes, and contractual claims
• Support contracting and tendering activities, including scope development, technical bid evaluations, and contractor recommendations
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, applicable international standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the FPSO delivery lifecycle
• Monitor and report progress against key milestones, ensuring timely resolution of technical, schedule, and interface issues
• Lead technical completion, acceptance, and close‑out of all FPSO contractual and engineering deliverables
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across all phases of project delivery
• Travel to fabrication yards, interface locations, and offshore worksites as required to support delivery execution

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum 12 years of experience in FPSO, FSU, or comparable offshore oil and gas developments
• Demonstrated leadership experience delivering FPSO projects across FEED and EPC/EPCI phases
• Experience working with both operators and major offshore contractors
• Strong understanding of FPSO contractual models, including Lease & Operate structures
• Proven capability in leading multidisciplinary, multicultural teams
• In‑depth knowledge of FPSO contractors, suppliers, shipyards, and market dynamics
