Your role and responsibilities
To support our customer focus, we are looking for you who can shape and strengthen our customer dialogue by leading, coaching, and enabling your team. You bring broad knowledge of automation and are motivated by achieving success through others. In this role, you will work at the core of future technologies with overall responsibility for a group of skilled and engaged employees. As part of the Service leadership team, you will play a central role in a dynamic matrix organization that is continuously evolving. You will have direct leadership responsibility for approximately 21 engineers and technicians located in Middelfart and Aalborg, and their wellbeing and continuous development will be central to your success.

You will be based at our Middelfart or Aalborg office, where your team is located. Your closest management colleagues are based in Ballerup and Middelfart.

You will have direct leadership responsibility for approximately 21 engineers and technicians located in Middelfart and Aalborg, and their wellbeing and continuous development will be central to your success.
Your responsibilities will include
- Leading, motivating, developing and inspiring approximately 21 engineers and technicians through empathetic, visible and present leadership.
- Maintaining close collaboration with customer teams to ensure current and future customer needs are met.
- Developing and expanding the service business together with your team, including attracting new colleagues.
- Building customer relationships through regular site visits and stakeholder management at multiple levels.
- Acting as a key link between customers and the organization in a high-paced and demand-driven environment.
- Contributing actively to the Service leadership team and helping set the strategic direction for the service business.
- Supporting overall planning and handling of operational challenges as part of Service Operations leadership.
Qualifications for the role
- A technical education within engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of documented experience in people management and/or project management of engineers or technicians.
- Clear motivation for people leadership and for developing leadership as a professional discipline.
- Experienced in creating results through collaboration built on trust, empathy, and authentic dialogue with employees and customers.
- Ability to navigate change, identify new opportunities, and inspire others to do the same.
- Motivation to continuously develop and improve team processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
