Mechanical Engineer

Location: Gloucester (GL2 5EA)
Working Pattern: 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off)
Working Hours: 07:00 - 17:00
Contracted Hours: 42 hours per week
Day Off: Friday (as part of 9-day fortnight)

Based at our depot in Gloucester, the Mechanical Engineer plays a key role in our operations, carrying out mechanical repairs, assembly, and servicing on a wide range of industrial equipment including power tools and lifting equipment. You will ensure all maintenance and repair work is prioritised effectively to support operational efficiency.
What You'll Need

• Proven mechanical engineering experience (essential), ideally within the hire industry or similar engineering environment
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Commitment to supporting ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
