We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to act as part of a hands-on Technical team, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the site based Q.A. team for the Watton site whilst providing support with customer complaint responses, technical systems, statistical analysis and project work of the Factory Technical Manager. Ensuring product is produced to high quality standards and within safety and legality requirements.

Job requirements of QA Manager:
- Directly managing the site based Q.A. team, ensuring strong leadership and direction is provided to achieve and maintain a single vision for the technical team in all departments
- Support the Factory Technical Manager in ensuring visit reports are completed, and corrective actions closed in a timely manner
- Providing production teams with effective trending of key data such as quality assessments to support continuous improvement
- Working to BRC standards, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food safety, legality and quality throughout the factory; maintaining and developing the existing Quality Management System to support our high quality standards.
- Being actively involved in both 'factory floor' and technical systems, including HACCP, the successful candidate will be confident in leading customer visits and audits and be able to build strong working relationships.
- Ideally you will hold Level 3 Food Safety and HACCP certification and be able to communicate clearly and coherently at all levels of the business.
- Drive the sites quality objectives to maintain customer standards.
