EngineeringIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Responsible to identify and implement improvements using Lean and Perfect Execution philosophies and assure that the department results are aligned with the corporate objectives on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery and cost.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and implementing measurable improvements across the organization.
• Works closely with engineering, production, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Apply LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variability, and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop technical solutions to solve operational problems and improve end-to-end flow.
• Lead structured problem-solving sessions focused on innovation and idea generation, through KAIZEN events and workshops.
• Use tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process mapping, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensures deployment and sustainability of Lean and Six Sigma practices across operations.
• Performs time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and routing setup to optimize operations.
• Develops, tracks, and communicates key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and measure impact.
• Trains and coach teams, support audits, and benchmarking to ensure long-term adoption of continuous improvement practices.
• Material flow analysis & layout distribution using AutoCAD.
Who You Are:
For This Role, You Will Need:
Education: Industrial, Process Engineering degree or formal position experience.
English: Advanced .
Experience & Knowledge:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Masters' degree.
• Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Oracle system.
• Power BI.
• Advanced Excel (Macros) • Experience working with staff globally.
