Position: Maritime Service Coordinator
Antwerp, Belgium
 
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maritime Service Coordinator to oversee complex service operations within our Field Services Engines department.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex service assignments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the central point of contact, maintaining clear oversight of all activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with client agreements.
• Clearly distinguish operational responsibilities from those of the Key Account Manager, who is responsible for maintaining the commercial client relationship.
• Lead day-to-day project management activities, ensuring effective cost control and timely delivery across the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee workforce planning and scheduling for a team of at least 15 service engineers, ensuring optimal use of skills and resources.

 
Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: €4,500 gross per month (excluding allowances and overtime).
• Annual compensation includes 13.92 months’ salary (12 monthly salaries plus a December bonus and holiday allowance).
• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

 
Requirements

• Proven knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
• Relevant maritime industry background.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid EU passport (no work permits available).
• Valid Category B driver’s license required.
• Must reside in the Antwerp area and currently be based in Belgium.
