Job Title: Construction Supervisor – Structural

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor (Structural) to oversee construction and installation activities on major oil & gas projects. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution of works in line with project specifications, standards, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site construction and installation activities across assigned EPIC contracts
• Ensure all work is executed safely and in compliance with approved scope, standards, and specifications
• Participate in constructability reviews as required
• Review contractor construction plans, schedules, method statements, and JSAs
• Coordinate and manage contractor mobilization, including site logistics and laydown areas
• Facilitate permits to work (PTW) and gate passes as required
• Inspect and test completed works, and coordinate recommissioning activities where necessary
• Initiate and manage Mechanical Completion Certificates
• Ensure timely closure of punch list items
• Review and endorse red mark-ups and as-built drawings
• Participate in handover, acceptance, and commissioning activities
• Review and endorse construction dossiers for assigned projects
• Monitor contractor progress and verify reported work completion
• Ensure contractor compliance with PTW conditions and site safety requirements

Qualifications

• HNC / HND / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
• Strong construction management, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Experience & Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in construction and installation within the oil & gas industry
• Proven experience applying construction best practices, systems, and standards
• Strong understanding of site execution, commissioning, and handover processes
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams in a site environment
