Role Purpose

Lead piping stress and flexibility analysis for offshore piping systems, ensuring integrity, compliance, and supportability. This senior stress role involves code-based analysis, support design, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review piping stress and flexibility analysis.
• Evaluate loads, displacements, thermal expansion, and nozzle loads.
• Design and review pipe supports, spring hangers, and specialty items.
• Support technical reviews and issue stress calculations and reports.
• Coordinate with layout, mechanical, and structural teams.
• Support construction and troubleshooting of stress-related issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong offshore piping stress experience.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3 or relevant piping codes.
