Senior Piping Engineer - Layout

Working Location

Contract position for 12 months based in Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose

Lead piping layout engineering for offshore projects, ensuring safe routing, constructability, and effective integration with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project scope, specifications, and piping layout requirements.
• Lead routing philosophy, equipment arrangement, and layout optimization to achieve safe and efficient designs.
• Coordinate closely with designers, stress engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless interfaces.
• Review model clashes, drive resolution of issues, and support high-quality design deliverables.
• Ensure the piping layout complies with relevant standards, safety requirements, and project objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven offshore piping layout experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and layout tools.
