JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments on engineering drawings, technical studies, and project deliverables
• Manage and monitor production activities and project schedules
• Liaise with clients on project-related matters and provide solutions to issues
• Ensure availability of qualified manpower and resources for project execution
• Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) and oversee material control, logistics, and shipping
• Review IFC drawings and shop drawings prior to production/fabrication
• Develop Method of Work, fabrication sequence, and Project Execution Plan
• Monitor project progress, procurement activities, and overall project performance
• Track project cost and report any deviations to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any unsafe conditions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related) from a reputable university
• 4-7 years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Construction projects
• Strong understanding of project execution, fabrication, and engineering coordination
• Experience in handling drawings, MTO, and project scheduling
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
