About the job PIPING ENGINEER - LAYOUT

As a Piping Engineer, you will contributes to piping layout engineering activities across oil & gas FEED and EPC projects. Develops piping routing studies, layout drawings, and coordinates with multi-discipline teams to ensure compliant and constructable designs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop piping routing and layout drawings in 3D modelling environments (SP3D/PDMS)
• Prepare plot plans, equipment arrangement, and piping general arrangement drawings
• Coordinate with structural, civil, I&C, and mechanical disciplines for interface resolution
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts
• Support preparation of piping design basis, specifications, and layout studies
• Generate isometric drawings and material take-offs
• Participate in HAZOP sessions, model reviews, and design walkthroughs

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in piping layout engineering for oil & gas FEED/EPC projects
• Proficiency in SP3D, PDMS, or equivalent modelling tools
• Sound knowledge of ASME B31.3 and piping layout principles
• Good coordination and communication skills across project disciplines
