Job Title: Sr Engineer- Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for mechanical systems associated with AMAAD development projects, ensuring compliance with International Standards, Saudi Aramco standards and industry best practices.
• Assess and review mechanical designs to ensure alignment with project requirements and operations efficiency.
• Conduct evaluations of HVAC, fire protection and mechanical support systems to optimize performance and propose improvements where necessary.
• Assist in resolving mechanical engineering issues by applying accepted engineering principles and preparing technical documentation and calculations.
• Participate in developing cost estimates for mechanical engineering activities, including materials, labor, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including SA/Non-SA organizations, contractors and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution while ensuring safety compliance.
• Conduct inspections and audits of mechanical installations, recommending necessary modifications to ensure conformance with Saudi Aramco's standards and safety requirements.
• Interpret and apply relevant mechanical codes and standards to ensure high-quality engineering deliverables.

Qualifications

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and approved program.

Experience Level:

• 5 to 10 years' experience of mechanical engineering principles. with a preference minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in HVAC system or Fire protection system in building/residential projects.
• Able to demonstrate experience in mechanical system design HVAC or Fire protection, installation, and testing.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and procurement processes related to mechanical projects is preferred.
• Experience with technical report writing and documentation is also necessary
• Proficiency in English is required.
