Bautechnische Verantwortung für Anlagen der Kabelsysteme bei 50Hertz

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Team Asset Management kann ich unmittelbar daran arbeiten, innovative technische Lösungen für die Spannungshaltung im Höchstspannungsnetz zu implementieren. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance, mein technisches Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Verantworten der 50Hertz-Assetstrategie von Überwachungssystemen für Hochspannungskabelsysteme On- und Offshore für das gesamte Netzgebiet,
• Definieren grundlegender technischer Spezifikationen, inkl. Erstellen von Richtlinien für den Einsatz der Technologien bei 50hertz und Abstimmung dieser im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld,
• Unterstützen des Beschaffungsprozesses der benötigten Technologien mit meiner technischen Expertise,
• Erarbeiten von Methoden zur Zustandsbewertung der Assets (Health Index, Asset-Performance) und Ableiten der daraus resultierender Bedarfe für Kabelbauwerke und Trassen,
• Begleiten technischer Innovationen und Bewerten deren Einsatzmöglichkeit bei 50Hertz.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation,
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängiger PC-Standardsoftware,
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit,
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Zusammenhänge,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift,
• Bereitschaft zu Geschäftsreisen (Umfang ca. 20 %).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Energieversorgung und Netzplanung,
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse von technischen Einrichtungen der Hoch- und Höchstspannungstechnik,
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Diagnostik- und Monitoringsysteme von Hochspannungskabelanlagen (DTS, DAS, TE-Monitoring, Onlinefehlerüberwachung),
• Erste Erfahrungen bei der Klärung von Prozessen und Schnittstellen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
