Senior Mechanical Engineer - Data Centres (Client-Side)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems within data centres. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems in data centres
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor system performance
• Develop and maintain project documentation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within data centres
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
