Whilst the primary task will be Electrical work, the post holder must have a flexible approach to a range of mechanical maintenance service operations.

Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Driver, holding a valid UK driving licence.

Desirable criteria

• Good Knowledge of personal responsibilities under Health and Safety requirements and legislation

Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Educated to Degree Level, HNC/ HND in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Building services.
• Time Served Apprenticeship in City and Guilds practical training certificate as approved electrician or equivalent electrical services related technical qualification
• Qualifications in Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) 06-01
• Relevant experience of managing a team of engineers

Desirable criteria

• Knowledge of Mechanical Building Services
• Knowledge of Air Sourced Heat Pumps
• Qualifications in 1st aid
